Location: Arrowtown
Typology: New Build - Storage Facility & Courtyard
This project consisted of external alterations to the heritage listed Category 2 Lakes District Museum (former bank) in the form of a new storage building (at basement level) with a rooftop courtyard that includes street furniture, paving, lighting, planting and fencing.
The project consisted in preparation of AEE, architectural plans for resource consent and architectural detailed drawings for building consent application and construction.
